Introduction

Christine’s dispensary is responsible for dispensing medications daily to Inpatient and outpatient of Bir hospital and National Trauma center. Firstly, after receiving a prescription in the dispensary, a short background history has to be taken with patient relatives to screen out really poor and needy patient s after which it is approved by In-charge.
